Dasha - Physiotherapy Notes Dasha was seen for her follow- up session, mild crepitus was found in both elbows and although no lameness is evident, she has a tendency to avoid flexing these joints and using the shoulder instead, this leads to shoulder tension and weakening of the muscles that support the elbow.
