Re: Harley-Bobs– Physiotherapy Notes 2/12/25 Subjective Harley has recovered well from his laminitis episode with now only minimal rotation present – the right forelimb still being the most affected. He has been doing well ridden 5x a week and looking to do some occasional shows. Static & Dynamic Observations: • • • Static conformation is good, a little long in the body and slightly downhill. Straight limbs and narrow base stance Dynamically more forward than previously seen with good rhythm and foot placement in walk and trot Hindlimbs show some lowered flight arc and reduction of flexion Palpation Findings: • • • • Lumbar tension and spasming (moderate) Reluctance to lift back and to laterally bend Right hindlimb is reluctant to retract Recommendations: • Saddle checked and tips right slightly and is looser over left shoulder area, in good balance otherwise – close to T18
