Woody- Physiotherapy Notes – 11.11.25 Woody was seen for a follow up session 11/11/25. On the last consult it was observed that. He has a dog walker who noticed a reluctance to jump into the van (intermittent) and Owner noticed stiffer in the morning. Since the last session Woody has made some progress with his exercises. Gait: Limited hindlimb protraction bilaterally and external elbow rotation. Good fluid movement and observed jumping onto chair/sofa. Turning showed a preference to go right. His right hindlimb looked weaker when stood on an object. Posture: Still evidence of cranially loading (placing more weight on the forelimbs). Good sit posture and down posture. Palpation: Head and neck – no issues. Wide chest and braced forearms. Bracing through the lumbar region, muscle spasming. Hindlimbs symmetrical, crepitus on rising but not on ROM. Limited hip extension bilaterally. No crepitus on hip rocking.
