Dino was seen following owners referral. He has remedial farriery and currently in heart bar and
wedges. 18yr old. Weight is good currently, has improved in global muscle mass from the first
visit. Recent diagnosis of suspensory damage to left hindlimb and mildly to right hindlimb.
Gait assessment showed Dino walked with straightness and with bigger stride length and rhythm
than previous visit. He does look more willing to go into trot albeit is still stilted in the trot. Left
hindlimb lameness in walk and right lameness more apparent in trot
On palpation Dino showed left lumbar trigger points and spasming. Hindlimb retraction was
limited bilaterally. Pelvic tilts were good.
