Patient Name: Sybil Date: 26/3/25
Sybil was seen for a follow-up session to monitor her progression with
limping and slowing down. It was discussed that Sybil had some changes in her elbow
flexion and carpal flexion on the right side and mildly on the left.
Subjective
During routine walking, no scuffing, dragging or issues seen
Able to sit, stand and lie well.
Can be stiff when on longer walks
Objective: Gait assessment shows active walk and trot with no obvious signs of lameness
present. On palpation the left forelimb was larger and had more muscle bulk present than
the right. Some mild crepitus was felt today on full flexion of the elbow and carpus, this has
altered slightly from the ast visit and may be due to the increased loading onto the
forelimbs. The carpus on the right was hyperextended and was mildly painful on full carpal
flexiuon with some mild crepitus. Bilaterally sybils lumbar spine was reactive and spasming.
She actively walked away today as this was tender.
Physical Examination Findings:
Reduced right forelimb muscle
back pain and tension
Thoracic mobility has improved and now the lumbar is the focus
