Patient Name: Ruby Date12/3/25
Ruby was seen following her initial consultation. She is a good weight
and is moving around, eating drinking normally. Her walking has improved alot and she is
able to go for 40 minutes. This may need to change if on that walk there are large hills or
difficult terrain. Continue to monitor via the walking planner. Ruby is still showing
weakness over her left hindlimb and this is the limbe showing less stability. Back posture
and shoulders markedly improved.
Subjective
During routine walking, no scuffing, dragging – nail wear is normal
In sit, Ruby has improved and 8/10 sits are square
Still finding turning difficult and avoidance behaviour is seen.
Objective: Gait assessment shows Ruby moves straight and has a good rhythm when
walking. Her hindlimbs are restricted in their protraction and mobility, her left hindlimb is
the weaker of the two and the right has improved substantially.
