Bella- Physiotherapy Notes 30/10/24 Bella was seen 30/10/24 for a follow up after her saddle had been checked. The saddler found the gullet needed widening to make room for Bellas spine – shoes not on, feet look good and balanced. Still a history of rearing and linked to mouth pain or bridle. Bridle fit assessed and found headpiece pressure point and pain along facial creat and TMJ. Gait assessment shows mild right hind hip drop. Straight moving. Turn left better than turning right. Mid-neck restrictive both sides. Right side lower back was reactive and spasming – left side also to lesser degree and more so in the midline – due to saddle.
