Sophie was seen following a cushings diagnosis, she is currently taking
Vetoryl for her condition. She is doing well and looks to have stable
muscle mass and is bright and alert.
On palpation her ROM of her forelimbs was good, in sit the left forelimb
was harder to extend, she will complete this is stand posture. Mild
crepitus both elbows and stifles. Hypertonic triceps which limits
shoulder motion. Ventral neck musculature hypertonic leading into chest.
Mild restriction left ribs (last 2-3) able to laterally flex so not of
concern.
Gait: More fluid than previously seen, increased stability when doing
exercises and good strong weight bearing during weight shifting.
Sitting: Straight sit posture, on rising still unsteady but improved
