23/07/24
Buddy was see following TPLO surgery. He is standing on all 4 limbs and able to
sit, lie and walk unaided.
There was muscle reactivity around the thoraco-lumbar junction and around
the caudal scapula area both sides into lat. Dorsi. Crepitus felt on full flexion
left stifle with associated muscle tightness in his semitendinosus muscle, mild
restrictions in protracting the limb with external rotation of this limb in stance
and sit. Mild crepitus on right elbow flexion today.
Gait: Left straighter. Tarsal valgus and toe out left hind. Good rhythm of the
walk, minimal scuffing, minor rhythm changes on the turn.
Sitting: Straight sit posture, on rising still weight-shifts right and moves toes –
mild.
Exercises
